Short version: upload only your own face, we tell you honestly what is wrong with your profile, and you pay only if you want it fixed.
Who can use Sinovo
You must be 18 or older.
You may upload only photographs of yourself. Uploading someone else's likeness is prohibited, and doing so to generate images of them is both a breach of these terms and, in many countries, illegal.
What you are buying
The audit is free. The paid tiers deliver retouched versions of your own photos, a recommended running order, three bios and six prompt answers. The AI Photoshoot additionally delivers newly generated photographs of you.
Payment is one-time. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
We do not guarantee a specific number of matches. Anyone who does is lying to you.
AI-generated photographs
Photographs delivered by the AI Photoshoot are generated by a model trained on your face. They depict situations that did not happen.
Several dating platforms require you to disclose edited or AI-assisted photographs, and some prohibit them outright. Checking the rules of the platform you post to is your responsibility.
We refuse to generate sexual, nude, or otherwise explicit imagery, images placing you in a compromising or defamatory context, and images of anyone who is not you.
Refunds
Your results are digital content, generated and delivered on demand. Before paying you explicitly request immediate delivery and waive your 14 day right of withdrawal. Once your results are delivered, the sale is final and there is no refund for change of mind.
If generation fails on our side and you receive nothing, you are refunded in full without having to ask.
Your rights over the output
You own the delivered images and text and can use them however you like. We claim no licence over your uploads or your results, and we do not use them to promote Sinovo.
Liability
Sinovo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us.
These terms are governed by French law.
